It beggars belief to think

It beggars belief to think how stupid some people can be. It really does. Manufacturers used to include user guides with their computers, and Microsoft used to ship user guides with their operating systems. Why do they no longer do this?

I had no idea people can be

I had no idea people can be so stupid sometimes. I know that's why there's a help desk - to help beginners in the field. Still, if they have no idea how to use a computer buy a learning guide instead of stressing the operators.
